Francisco Paradinas Riestra. President.


Mr. Riestra holds a Doctorate degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Politécnica in Madrid, and also holds a Masters degree in Economics and Management from IESE- Barcelona, Universidad of Navarra).

 

Mr. Riestra began his career as financial analyst, asset manager, and Corporate Finance executive at both Banco Popular and Banco Urquijo, also serving as the Department Director of the International Division at Urquijo.

 

His additional experience includes:

- Primary Administrator at Urquijo (Zurich)

- Division Director of Capital Markets and Corporate Finance at Banco Hispano Industrial

 

- Founding partner of Iberfomento (a pioneer in private equity in Spain)

- General Director of Kleinwort Benson and then at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in the Madrid office as head of Corporate Finance.

 

Mr. Riestra has over 30 years of experience in the above fields, having participated in and executed numerous corporate finance transactions, capital markets, privatization, etc.

Mr. Riestra has also participated in several annual financial seminars, including JP Morgan in NYC, The Industrial Bank of Japan in Tokyo, and Korea Development Bank in Seoul.

He has served on the board of directors of several companies, and is currently President of Triple A Capital Partners, and participates as a member of the Advisory Groups and Intermark Tradebe. Further, he holds membership in the Spanish Institute of Financial Analysts, the Spanish Association of Financial Executives, and the Circle of Entrepreneurs.

Pablo García de la Riva Mestre. CEO


Pablo Mestre García de la Riva has eighteen years of experience in mergers and acquisitions. In the past he has served as partner and executive of Europe USP, a hospital group created in Spain in 1998 and a leader in its segment.


During his tenure at USP, Pablo served as Director of Development, Acquisitions and New Projects, and held membership in both the Executive Committee and the Management Committee. He was also CEO of USP Murcia (Hospital San Carlos) and a member on the Boards of Directors of USP Barcelona (Dexeus Institute), Sevilla (Sacred Heart Clinic), and Madrid (San Camilo Clinic and Hospital San Jose). In addition, He worked at GBS Finance, a Spanish investment bank associated with Bear Stearns, where he became Senior Vice President, and Banesto Banking Corporation in New York.


Pablo has been on the Boards of Directors of Grupo Don Algodón and Pep´s Records, Cristalerías Molina de Aragón, and the advisory councils of both the FC Barcelona Dragons and the American Professional Football League (NFL) in Spain. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Saint Louis University and an MBA from Boston College.

Juan Botella Pombo. SocioJuan Botella Pombo. Partner


Juan has over 14 years of experience in senior executive positions at companies including IBM Spain, Agencia EFE, and Canal Plus Spain. For the last 11 years he has been writing contemporary art pages for the magazine Antiqvaria, in addition to writing pieces for exhibition catalogs. He has also curated several art shows.

 

In addition to advising private art collectors, in 1992 he began Corporate Art Management, from which he designed and managed acquisitions for collections of international corporations such as Coca-Cola and Andersen Consulting. Corporate Art Management moved on to work with the Arc Foundation in order to launch the program Arc-Enterprise. That same year, he delivered a series of lectures discussing Art and Performance at the Universidad Menéndez Pelayo of Santander, which were attended by prominent figures such as Remo Gudieri, Professor of Social Anthropology and Aesthetics of Harvard University Paris X, and Brenard Blistene, head of the Art Department of the French Government.

 

Juan holds a BA in Economics and Art History from the University Complutense of Madrid, and a Masters in Aesthetics and Art Theory at the University Autonoma of Madrid.
